Installing the programs, add-ins and templates (hereinafter referred to collectively as the software) indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
The licensee is entitled to operate the software on a SINGLE PERSONAL COMPUTER OR WORKSTATION ONLY. However, the licensee may additionally operate the software on any personal computer or workstation provided the same individual is the sole operator of the software on all the personal computers or workstations.
You may not transfer or assign this License Agreement to any other individual, corporation or third party.
VT Software Limited (hereinafter referred to as VT Software) makes no representations or warranties expressed or implied that the software will be uninterrupted or free from error. You use the software entirely at your own risk.
VT Software accepts no liability for errors contained herein or for incidental or consequential damages which may occur from the use or performance of the software.
VT Software accepts no liability for the correctness of advice given by way of support, or for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from such advice.
VT Software makes no representations or warranties as to the availability of support.
In no event will VT Software be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage of any kind.
VT Software disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (Some countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Therefore this clause may not apply to some licensees. In such cases the liability of VT Software is limited to the purchase price of the software.)
VT Software reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any breach of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. The licensee will not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid for the software.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by the laws of England and shall benefit VT Software, its successors and assigns.
The software remains the property of VT Software, and is protected by both the Copyright laws of England and Wales and by International provisions.
