Missing buttons on VT Final Accounts dialog box

Issue

After a recent Microsoft update, some users have experienced buttons not appearing in dialogs in VT Final Accounts.

This is due to the Microsoft ActiveX settings being disabled.

Fix

This issue can be fixed by enabling the ActiveX settings as shown here.
