Obtaining a free upgrade from
VT Transaction client edition to VT Transaction+
Eligibility
Users are entitled to a free upgrade from the old VT Transaction:
-
if you purchased the
old VT Transaction in the last 12 months or you are current subscriber to
support for the old VT Transaction; or
-
if you purchased the
old VT Transaction between 1 July 2006
and 31 December 2008. This offer ends 30 June 2010. These dates are
based on the date the license was bought from VT Software (you may have
purchased on a later date if you bought the license via your accountant).
Conditions
- Users must supply their existing customer
number or license number marked on the back of their VT Transaction CD case.
Users who bought directly from VT Software will have their own customer
number. Users who bought through their accountant will have a license number
in the form of aaaaaa/nn where aaaaaa is the accountant's
customer number
- Users must supply their name, postal address
and email address. If the user's accountant applies on the user's behalf,
the user's name and address must be given, but the email address can be that
of their accountant
- Users must download VT Transaction+. CD's
will not be provided, but it is possible to save the set up program to a
memory stick or blank CD from the download page
- Users must apply for their license key
