Technical support by telephone or email
You are eligible to receive telephone or email support from us if you purchased the software in the last 12 months or if you are a current subscriber for support.
If you are not currently eligible for support, you can take out a support subscription.
The easiest way to take out a support subscription is to telephone us on 020 8995 1142 with your credit card details. Alternatively you can send a cheque.
You can obtain support by telephoning 020 8995 1142 or by email to support@vtsoftware.co.uk quoting your customer number.
Please note that support by telephone or email for the old VT Transaction will not be provided after 30 June 2010. Any subscriber for support is entitled to a copy of VT Transaction+ at no additional charge.
