You are eligible to receive telephone or email support from us if you purchased the software in the last 12 months or if you are a current subscriber for support.
If you are not currently eligible for support, you can take out a support subscription.
The easiest way to take out a support subscription is to telephone us on 020 8995 1142 with your credit card details. Alternatively you can send a cheque.
