The following error occurred attempting to
update the list of recent file names:
ActiveX component can't create object
When choosing the New Company command
No template files found. Please re-install
VT Transaction+ from the set up CD
The problem
These messages occur if a part of Windows known as the Windows Script Runtime is
not functioning correctly.
The solution
The Windows Script Runtime can be re-registered by
clicking here (choose Run
when prompted). Please note that this does not work if you are using Google
Chrome. Please re-open this page in Internet Explorer instead.
If this still does not work, the Windows Script Runtime can be reinstalled from Microsoft's website:
