Is there a template available for Limited Liability Partnership accounts?
We have no plans to do a template for LLP accounts and no third party template is available.
A model set of LLP accounts is contained in the following publication:
"Guide to the Companies Acts, Part 2 - Specimen accounts for private companies" by Surebeck Limited.
VT Software is very well aware that there is considerable demand for an LLP template, but for various reasons there has not been any development time available to produce one. If work is ever commenced on one, advance notification will be given via this page.
