Printing stuck in landscape
orientation
VT Transaction uses the default print settings
for your computer. Sometimes these can get into an intermediate state and print
out in landscape. The solution is to change the orientation to landscape and
then change it back to portrait:
- Close VT Transaction
- Click on the Start button on the Windows
Taskbar
- Click Control Panel
- Double click Printers and Faxes
- Right mouse click on your printer and choose
Printing Preferences from the pop-up menu
- Change the orientation option to landscape
and click OK
- Right mouse click again on your printer and
choose Printing Preferences from the pop-up menu
- Change the orientation option back to
portrait and click OK
It looks like an odd method but it works!
