Support subscriptions

You are eligible to receive telephone or email support from us if you purchased the software in the last 12 months or if you are a current subscriber for support. In order for us to establish your eligibility for support we will need either your customer number or your license number.

You will have a customer number if you purchased directly from us or have previously given us your license number. We can look up your customer number for you if you give us your name and postcode. Your customer number is also marked on all invoices and renewal notices sent to you.

If you purchased a copy of VT Transaction from your accountant, there will be a license number marked on the back of your CD case. If there is no license number then either you have a copy more than 12 months old or the copy did not include support. If you have mislaid your CD case we will accept other evidence of proof of purchase in the last 12 months such as a copy of your invoice.

If you are not currently eligible for support, you can take out a support subscription.

For VT Transaction, a support subscription costs £100 + VAT per annum.

For VT Accounts (includes VT Final Accounts and VT Transaction) a support subscription costs £199 + VAT per annum. This is reduced to £150 + VAT if there is no gap between your support periods. A VT Accounts subscription includes both support and statutory format/software updates.

The easiest way to take out a support subscription is to telephone us on 020 8995 1142 with your credit card details. Alternatively you can send a cheque.
