Grid.vbx is out of date message received when starting VT Transaction

This message can occur if you have more than one copy of the system file grid.vbx on your system. The solution is to search for all copies of grid.vbx and delete any that are not in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.

Step by step in Windows XP

• Click the Start button

• Click Search

• Click All files and folders

• In the All or part of the file name box enter grid.vbx

• Click Search

• In the results windows, right mouse click on each copy of grid.vbx not in the Windows\System32 folder and choose Delete

• Restart your PC
