Unwanted blank pages are printed
Occasionally, one or more unwanted blank page are printed at the end of a sheet. This appears to be a bug in Excel. The solution is to set up a print area that forces Excel to only print the required part of the worksheet. You can do this using the Page Setup command (File menu of Excel), but the VT Final Accounts add-in provides an easier method:
Select the sheet that has the blank pages (they always come at the end of a sheet)
Select the cell that is on the last row and column to be printed. This is typically a cell in the comparatives column on the last row with any numbers or text on it
Choose the Set VT Print Area command from the VT Final Accounts File menu
