day money back guarantee for new customers. If within 30 days you do not wish to keep the product
for any reason, you can return it and get a full refund of the purchase price
(excluding any postage and packing charge).
Support terms
Up to 5
support enquiries per license per annum can be made at no additional charge.
Thereafter, the cost per incident is £10+VAT. Support will only be provided for
current subscribers.
Most users find they need no support and 99% make
5 enquiries or fewer. They therefore incur no support charges.
VT Software will only provide support to one
person per license. If more than one person uses the software on the same PC,
only the nominated primary user will be supported. If support is required for
more than one person, additional licenses must be purchased.

License terms A single copy of the software can be used for an
unlimited number of companies/clients. The number of user licenses required is the lower of:
- The number of different individuals who
operate the software (whether simultaneously or not)
- The number of PC's from which the software is
operated
Additional licenses can be purchased at any time.
The full purchase price applies if the license is for another site or if user
guides and disks are required.
Upgrades to the
software and statutory formats

Accounts - You will be automatically sent any upgrades released to the software
and statutory formats for a period of 12 months from purchase or if you are a
current subscriber. Between one and three upgrades are normally released per year
depending on the extent of changes to financial reporting standards, the
Companies Act 1985 and other disclosure requirements.
