VT Final Accounts
VT Final Accounts is licensed on an annual basis starting with the date of your
initial purchase or full price renewal. Reduced price renewals run from the date
of expiry of the previous subscription.

The latest version can always be downloaded from
www.vtsoftware.co.uk/accounts/download.htm. No installation key is required.
The software can be used free of charge for 60 days from first use. After that date the software will not operate unless a license key has been entered.
The Generate iXBRL File feature can be used before you have entered a license key, but the files generated will not be fully valid. More…
The expiry date of a subscription is encoded into the license key and the software will not operate after that date unless a new key is entered. The same key applies to all versions and updates and so you do not need to enter a new key when you install an update.
The software will automatically begin to prompt you to renew your subscription a few weeks before your expiry date.
Data files (accounts workbooks) started before you have entered a license key can still be used after you have entered a key. Accounts workbooks can still be opened and viewed in Excel after a license key has expired but the VT buttons and commands will not be available.
There is no separate trial version of the software. The trial version is the same as the full version with no license key entered. A money back guarantee is not offered after a license key has been purchased.
The number of licenses required is the lower of the number of PC’s on which the software is installed or the number of users (whether simultaneous or not).
The software will prompt you to check for updates every two weeks. You are strongly advised to check. You can check at any other time by clicking on the Check Version button in the New Accounts Workbook dialog. VT Software may also email you about major updates.
The software and updates are no longer supplied on CD's.
VT Transaction+
VT Transaction+ is sold on an outright basis.
