764 IT Managers in Practice offices in England & Wales were interviewed by telephone during July 2002. Practices interviewed were representative of the overall size of Accountancy practices. The research was managed by the Institute's Research Centre for the IT Faculty, and conducted by NFOWorldgroup, an independent market research company.
